Manners (poem by me)

Adults taught me it's impolite
to discuss thoughts on religion;
They said it could start a fight
or cause a friendship to end.

Even if I duct-taped my mouth,
My eyes would scream and shout,
For every Christian has a mission
to fulfill the Great Commission.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything
I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
—Matthew 28:19-20
