Light Switch (poem by me)

If you’re in the dark saying,
“There is nothing to see.”
Flip on the illumination
And gawk at God’s glory.

Read some Biblical prophecy
Research ancient archaeology
Visit church with family—
Openly consider my testimony.

Start the spiritual spark,
Open the heavenly door,
Because inwardly you know
the dark isn’t fun anymore.

“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.” —Revelation 3:20
