The Morning After (poem by me)

(In memory of Bryan)

Let it be yesterday,
Let me go back in time,
And hug you,
And hold you tight,
And tell you “No,
Don’t do it!”
We will never get over you.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”–Jeremiah 29:11
